From a moviegoer’s perspective, the 2026 horror year offers cadence and diversity. The awards and festival pipeline into 2027 will come into focus once the fall festivals lock, and it would not be surprising to see at least one late-breaking specialty acquisition join the party. For now, the job is simple, cut crisp trailers, guard the secrets, and let the chills sell the seats.
